Summary/Overview:

We are seeking a

self-sufficient and highly skilled frontend developer

with a strong sense of design. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling

UI/UX design, React development, state management, API integration, and performance optimization

independently.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing, highly functional, and responsive user interfaces using

React.js

. Convert Figma/Adobe XD or other design tools into pixel-perfect React components. Ensure seamless user experiences through UX/UI best practices. Implement complex state management using

Redux, Zustand, or React Context API

. Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best coding practices. Optimize performance for speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Manage and own the entire frontend development lifecycle. Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in frontend development using

React.js

. Strong UI/UX design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern styling frameworks (TailwindCSS, Styled-components, SASS, etc.). Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI components. Hands-on experience with state management libraries (

Redux, MobX, Zustand, or Context API

). Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.). Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated and able to handle projects independently without supervision. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). Knowledge of animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie). Understanding of SEO best practices for frontend development. Basic backend development knowledge (Node.js, Express, Firebase, Supabase). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira or Trello.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
