About the Role

A React Developer focuses on creating efficient and reusable UI components, ensuring seamless user experience (UX), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end functionality with back-end services.

Key Responsibilities:

a)

Developing UI Components

Building reusable and modular components using React.js.
Implementing front-end logic and optimizing rendering for performance.

b)

State Management

Managing application state using tools like Redux, MobX, or React Context API.
Ensuring proper state synchronization across components.

c)

Integration with APIs

Fetching and handling data from RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
Implementing secure and efficient client-server communication.

d)

Code Quality and Optimization

Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Performing performance optimizations to improve load times and responsiveness.

e)

UI/UX Implementation

Collaborating with designers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive components.
Ensuring consistency and cross-browser compatibility.

f)

Testing and Debugging

Writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
Debugging and resolving front-end issues.

g)

Collaboration

Working closely with back-end developers, designers, and project managers.
Participating in Agile development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

h)

Adopting Latest Technologies

Staying updated with the latest React ecosystem advancements and incorporating best practices.
Exploring and implementing new libraries or tools for improved efficiency.

Responsive and Mobile-First Design

Ensuring the application works seamlessly on various screen sizes and devices.
Implementing responsive design using CSS frameworks or libraries like Material-UI or Tailwind CSS.

Deployment and Maintenance

Building and deploying React applications using tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
Monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing applications post-deployment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a React Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles (e.g., component lifecycle, state management, hooks). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand). Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn). Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A portfolio of projects demonstrating your React development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks (e.g., Next.js). Experience with GraphQL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Mobile React Native Development
