Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer specializing in React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing modern, responsive, and scalable web interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment, ensuring high-quality UI development aligned with established design and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user-facing web applications using React (v17+) Build responsive and cross-browser-compatible pages following UI/UX best practices Utilize React Hooks, Context API, and functional components for stateful UI development Work with state management libraries such as Redux (or similar) Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs Write unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent frameworks Collaborate with designers and product teams using tools like Figma Adhere to established coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of React.js (v17+), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and modern functional component patterns Proficiency with Redux or similar state management libraries Experience writing unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library preferred) Ability to develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible web applications Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub preferred) Experience collaborating with UI/UX design teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with TypeScript Experience integrating RESTful APIs Working knowledge of design collaboration tools like Figma Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills with fluency in English Effective team player with strong collaboration skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot UI issues independently Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines

Reporting and Communication:

This position will report to: TBD Candidate is expected to attend all team meetings and Scrum ceremonies including:

- Daily Standups
- Bi-weekly Sprint Reviews* Communication will primarily take place via Microsoft Teams (chat and calls)
