Job Description

Role Overview:

Architect, design, and oversee large-scale React applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across multi-module systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Define frontend architecture standards, folder structure, and best practices.

Lead UI performance optimization, lazy loading, and modularization strategies.

Drive code reviews, design discussions, and component library design.

Collaborate with backend and DevOps for API alignment and CI/CD automation.

Manage migrations from legacy frameworks to React.

Mentor React teams across multiple projects.

Required Skills:

Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, Next.js, and Webpack/Vite.

Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and concurrency features.

Experience in micro-frontend architecture.

Knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).
