Job Overview

ROLE OBJECTIVE

• Support product development of HV Connectors & Terminals, HV relays and Charge Inlets for automotive applications.
• Innovate original ideas for new products, responsible for product development and qualification from market definition/customer needs to production and release: leading generation of product specifications, product concept design, circuit design and simulation, prototype assembly and debugging, and product verification. To ensure that the designed products can meet market and project requirements.
• Study mechanical, electrical and thermal performance of above products with simulation tools.
• Assist in the qualification of suppliers for new products to ensure suppliers deliver qualified parts, materials, and services for new or improved manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Innovating original ideas and design proposal for new products, studying the feasibility of customer specifications and finish product specification.
• Leading product design review with function team and technical review with customer and communicating with supplier feasibility study of components material.
• Providing innovative solutions to reduce product cost, improving product quality, and improving process efficiency, documents and communicates potential IP to ensure TE's IP is protected.
• EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
• BE/ B. Tech (Electronic, Mechanical)
• M Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) (Optional)
• Good teamwork and willing to make contribution to team
