RDC Officer Position Overview Job Title- Analyst/Sr. Analyst Location- Pune Role Description: The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in his/her absence and share best practices with the team.
