Require candidate for our client, a reputed manufacturer of bespoke furniture.

Roles & Responsibility for

Rdash Technical Executive

:

. Project Planning & Execution Support

Assist in planning and monitoring bespoke furniture projects across multiple sites.

Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to align project schedules and deliverables.

Conduct site surveys/recces to validate layouts, measurements, and installation feasibility.

Ensure smooth execution of furniture fit-outs as per approved drawings and specifications.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Work with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation of furniture components.

Verify BOQs, rates, and scope of work with vendor partners.

Support project managers in vendor identification, onboarding, and deployment.

Liaise with design and client servicing teams to ensure client requirements are met on-site.

R'Dash (Project Management Software) Deployment & Support

Manage integration of R'Dash SaaS-based project management software into daily workflows.

Train internal teams and vendors on effective usage of R'Dash for tracking project progress.

Monitor project KPIs through R'Dash and share analytical insights with management.

Support in refining company SOPs to align with software processes for efficiency.

4.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track site execution progress and flag delays or deviations.

Prepare and share weekly progress dashboards and reports with stakeholders.

Conduct delay analysis and suggest corrective measures to avoid project overruns.

Ensure documentation, approvals, and project data are accurately updated in R'Dash.

5.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to design standards, material specifications, and quality benchmarks.

Verify on-site installations for compliance with safety and aesthetic requirements.

Support in final handover documentation and snag closure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
