Seeking a highly innovative and analytical

R&D Specialist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing prototypes, and collaborating across departments to bring new products and processes to life. This role is critical to driving innovation, improving existing offerings, and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and innovation opportunities

Design and execute experiments, feasibility studies, and product trials

Develop and test prototypes using CAD tools and simulation software

Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to refine concepts

Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on research findings and product performance

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Document all R&D activities, including methodologies, outcomes, and recommendations

Present findings and proposals to senior management and stakeholders

Stay updated with emerging technologies and scientific advancements relevant to the industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field

3+ years of experience in R&D or product development roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools and CAD software

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹156,926.03 - ₹786,230.89 per year
