The job
As part of our global XR & Visualization group, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with a team of skilled software development engineers in the Engine Framework team to design and develop new features for the AVEVA cross-platform 3D Technology. This role will see you work closely with CVS Engine Framework team.

Key responsibilities:

• 
  Collaborate with scrum colleagues on the development of Aveva\xe2\x80\x99s proprietary 3D Rendering Engine.
• 
  Design and implement new features and improve user experiences on high-performance 3D Rendering Framework and tools for all supported platforms.
• 
  Provide support to the execution and delivery teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar technical discipline.
• At least 5 years 3D real-time programming experience with C# or C++ language
• A good working knowledge of OOP design patterns, unit testing, data structures, multi-threading. Writing code driven by performances and maintainability.

  Good understanding of 3D Math, Linear Algebra, Trigonometry, Linear Transformations
• 
  Good Experience in developing complex systems that involve communication, multi-threading, real-time rendering.
• 
  Good knowledge of English language.
• 
  Experience in Scrum methodology
• 
  Experience in developing software with modern tools like ADO, Git etc.

Great skills to have

• 
  Technical: Experience with cross-platform XR game engines (Unreal, Unity, etc), experience with C# language, software development under linux OS.
•
