Job Purpose:

To support the development, improvement, and innovation of food products and processes by assisting in research, formulation, trials, and quality validation, ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and testing new food products, formulations, and recipes. Support in conducting laboratory trials, pilot plant trials, and scale-up activities. Collect and analyze data on product performance, shelf-life, and sensory evaluation. Document R&D activities including formulation details, test results, and observations. Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Procurement teams for product standardization. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory guidelines. Assist in packaging development and stability testing. Research industry trends, new ingredients, and innovative technologies for product improvement. Provide technical support during plant trials and initial commercial production. Maintain proper records and reports of all experiments and trials.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field. Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in R&D / food processing. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced R&D environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
