R&D Officer / Executive

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Polymer Chemistry

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct

R&D activities

for polymer products including formulation and development Perform

polymer synthesis, modification, and characterization

Support

new product development

and scale-up trials Handle

laboratory equipment and testing

related to polymer properties Prepare and maintain

R&D documentation, SOPs, and technical reports

Coordinate with

production, quality, and marketing teams

for product improvement Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and R&D standards

Assist in

process optimization and cost reduction initiatives

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of

polymer chemistry and material science

Experience in

polymer formulation & testing

Understanding of

R&D documentation and compliance

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
