B.Tech in Electrical / Electrician / Electronics & Communication

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Technology

Industry Preference

Candidates preferred from top 10 Lithium-Ion Battery companies

Key Requirements

Lead the development, design, and testing of Lithium-Ion battery systems and Energy Storage Systems (ESS). Strong understanding of cell integration, cell chemistry, and electrochemical behaviour. Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and test reports. Experience in working with suppliers for cell and component selection, qualification, and evaluation. Develop and execute battery testing and validation protocols. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to battery development. Stay updated with latest industry advancements, technologies, and best practices in Lithium-Ion batteries.

Key Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of battery cells and their performance parameters. Data integration, analysis, and interpretation for battery performance improvement. Strong understanding of different types of battery packs and configurations.

Salary

?40,000 to ?70,000 CTC per month
