Job Description

We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager specializing in Power Electronics with a focus on the mechanical aspect to lead our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in design, development, and testing of power electronics products, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. As an R&D Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development, from concept to production, and driving innovation
in mechanical design for power electronics applications.**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in R&D, design, and development of power electronics products,

with a focus on the mechanical aspect.

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials selection, and manufacturing

processes relevant to power electronics applications.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for mechanical

analysis (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).

• Experience with thermal management techniques, such as heat sink design, thermal simulation,

and testing.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, drive innovation,

and achieve project milestones.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with

cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering R&D projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to power electronics products

(e.g., UL, IEC) is a plus.
