We are looking for an R&D Manager to be based out of Bangalore with below mentioned responsibilities:

1)Curriculum Development & Standardization
Develop, refine, a standardized early years curriculum aligned with child development principles.
Integrate innovative teaching strategies, hands-on learning, and digital tools to enhance engagement.
Ensure curriculum compliance with national education policies and accreditation standards.

2)Teacher Training & Professional Development
Design and execute structured training programs for early years educators to improve teaching effectiveness.
Conduct regular workshops and mentorship programs to support teacher growth.
Establish an assessment system to measure teacher performance and training impact.

3)Learning Outcomes & Student Development
Implement assessment frameworks to track student progress.
Ensure effective classroom implementation of curriculum guidelines and differentiated learning strategies.
Identify gaps in student learning and recommend remedial interventions.

4)Quality Assurance & Compliance
Develop quality control measures for teaching standards and classroom environments.
Develop robust audit processes of centers to ensure adherence to educational policies.
Address feedback from academic operations team, teachers, parents, and administrators to improve program effectiveness.

5)Parent Engagement & Satisfaction
Develop modules of parent orientation sessions and workshops to communicate the preschool's learning philosophy.
Develop strategies for ongoing parent involvement in their child's early learning journey.
Analyze parent feedback and develop initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.

6)Innovation & Digital Integration
Research and introduce new educational tools, interactive learning methodologies, and technology-based teaching aids.
Develop e-learning modules or blended learning strategies to support early years education.
Stay updated with emerging trends in early childhood education and implement best practices.

7)Operational Efficiency & Strategic Growth
Streamline academic planning processes to improve workflow and resource management.
Collaborate with academic operations team to align academic goals with business objectives.
Support expansion efforts by ensuring new centers adopt standardized teaching practices and curriculum.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹584,988.60 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
