Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager who can lead formulation innovation, optimize costs, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive development from concept to commercial production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new formulation development, benchmarking, stability testing, and regulatory dossier preparation.
Drive cost optimization through raw material selection, reformulations, and documented cost-saving initiatives.
Manage cross-functional activities including scale-up, pilot batches, troubleshooting, and technology transfer to production.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, QMS, global regulatory standards, and audit requirements with robust documentation.
Propose and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and trends to enhance product performance.
Train production teams on critical process parameters, ensuring smooth execution during manufacturing.
Requirements
Strong hands-on formulation expertise in cosmetics / personal care with in-depth knowledge of raw materials, stability, and ICH guidelines.
Skilled in preparing regulatory dossiers, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication abilities with proactive cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?950,000.00 per year
