Job Description

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Above 10 years of experience in product design and development in the electro-mechanical domain and Power Electronic systems. Proven experience in managing R&D teams and delivering successful product launches. Strong knowledge of CAD tools, simulation software, and testing methodologies. Strong understanding of connector design, tooling, plastics, stamping, and plating processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and development of power relay and power electronic systems. Convert customer/market requirements into technically feasible and manufacturable designs. Oversee mechanical and electrical design of relay components, contact systems, and locking mechanisms. Ensure high reliability, ease of assembly, and compliance with environmental and electrical standards. Plan and manage R&D projects including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and cost control. Ensure timely delivery of prototypes, design validation, and production handover. Provide hands-on technical guidance in mechanical design, electrical integration, and material selection
