Mascot Spincontrol is looking for a motivated and curious
R&D Intern
to support our Research & Development team in the formulation and testing of
hair and skin care products
. This internship provides hands-on exposure to product development, raw material evaluation, laboratory testing, and regulatory requirements within the cosmetic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
formulation development
for hair and skin care products under supervision.
Support in
raw material evaluation
, documentation, and basic research.
Participate in
stability testing
, sample preparation, and lab analysis.
Help maintain laboratory equipment, samples, records, and formulation data sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, sample dispatch, and testing requirements.
Support in compiling
documentation
, test results, and regulatory-related information.
Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols in the laboratory.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Strong interest in
cosmetic formulation, product testing, and R&D
.
Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation concepts, or laboratory practices (preferred but not mandatory).
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
