R&D Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our Food & Nutrition Blending Lab. The intern will support the formulation and development team in carrying out experimental work, analyzing raw materials, and assisting in daily laboratory operations. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food formulation, product development, and analytical evaluation in a professional lab environment.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Assist in routine and preparatory work for formulation trials. Support in preparing larger batches of optimized formulations. Evaluate raw material (RM) properties and document findings in detail. Conduct basic laboratory analytical activities and maintain accurate test records. Coordinate and follow up for raw material arrangements and other day-to-day lab requirements. Ensure proper sample labeling, documentation, and inventory maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory. Support the R&D team in data compilation, reporting, and trial analysis

Qualifications

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Biochemistry, Science, or related field. 0-1 year of experience in related field Basic understanding of food formulation and analytical techniques. Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on lab environment.
