for an internship in our

Research & Development - New Product Development

team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about product formulation, ingredient research, and the future of wellness beverages.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the formulation and testing of new Kombucha and wellness beverage products Conduct sensory evaluations, basic shelf-life studies, and ingredient research Accurately document trial results, recipes, and lab procedures Maintain hygiene standards, ensure process compliance, and manage lab records Coordinate with the production team for pilot batches and feedback collection.

Eligibility Criteria

Recently completed

B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology

or a related discipline Strong interest in product innovation and beverage development Proficient in basic documentation and MS Excel / Google Sheets

Candidates residing near Kamla Nagar, North Delhi

will be given preference A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with excellent attention to detail.
