Position: Head - Research & Development (API)
Location:
Taloja Plant, Navi Mumbai
Qualification:
M.Sc. / PhD in Organic Chemistry or related field
Experience:
10+ Years (minimum 5 years in leadership role in API / Pharma synthesis)
Salary:
Up to 30% hike on current CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Leading API development from lab scale to pilot and commercial scale
Literature review, route selection, and process optimization
Troubleshooting during scale-up and commercial manufacturing
Finalizing raw material & API specifications, documentation (Mfg, TTP, LDR)
Ensuring cost optimization, process safety, and technology transfer
Hands-on experience in lab experiments, pilot batches & commercial execution
Preparing process flow charts, yield & cost analysis, safety data, etc.
Driving innovation and continuous improvement in existing processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
