Supervise and manage daily activities of the R&D team.
Develop and test new products, materials, processes, or prototypes.
Ensure production trials and sample development as per customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, trials, and test results.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams for improvements.
Identify defects and suggest process modifications.
Train workers/technicians on new procedures and machinery.
Maintain safety standards and housekeeping in the R&D area.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and samples.
