Job Description
Description: Raw materials testing Product Developments of Water proofers, Waterproofing Coating, Concrete Aids, Grouts amp; Grouting Compounds, Floor Coatings, Tile, Structural Adhesives amp; Grouts, Anti-Corrosives/ Protective Coatings, Repair Compounds, Polysulphide sealant. Leading and responsible for Product formulation development as per requirement. Analyzing feasibility of new formulation development on the area of construction chemical and completing the project as per requirement of management for as per market demand. Continual improvement on quality of products and cost reduction by modification of formulation Sourcing new raw material and alternative raw material and its evaluation for cost reduction - Managing and assigning team of Ramp;D and QAamp;QC activities in the lab - Scale up of trial batches of new products for process modification and its application testing - Providing data to prepare SOP\'s, TDS and MSDS for new products - Hands on experience in formulation development of tile fixing adhesive, epoxy and PU flooring and coating, concrete repair and waterproofing etc., - Technical support, complaint handling, shade development. - Maintenance of lab equipment and instruments and its calibration Qualification amp; Experience B.Sc+MSc+Phd/B.Tech+ Mtech with 12 -15 Years experience in Ramp; D of Construction Chemicals /Building Materials Experience will vary for chemist amp; Executive profile
