Conduct
ingredient research
to identify new actives and functional components that support athletic performance and recovery.
Handle
pilot-scale trials
, product stability testing, and sensory evaluation.
Prepare
technical documentation
--formulation sheets, BOMs, specifications, COAs, and product dossiers.
Collaborate with production, QA, QC, and marketing teams for product scale-up and market launch.
Evaluate and approve new raw materials, ensuring supplier and ingredient compliance with
FSSAI and international regulations
.
Conduct
competitive product benchmarking
and cost optimization for formulations.
Stay updated with the latest global trends, technologies, and scientific advancements in sports nutrition.
Ensure all R&D activities follow
GMP, FSSAI, and quality standards
.
