Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research and Development Executive with strong English communication skills. The candidate should be actively involved in research activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with clients, and support product promotion and sales through effective interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities related to products and market trends Collect, analyze, and document research data accurately Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) with internal teams and clients Coordinate and connect with clients to understand requirements and provide updates Support sales activities through product explanation, presentations, and client interactions Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve product outreach Ensure timely follow-ups and professional client engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in English communication (spoken and written) Active interest and experience in research and development activities Good organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to interact confidently with clients Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote products effectively Basic knowledge of research tools and documentation practices Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
