Research & Development (R&D) Executive

to support

new product innovation and quality improvement initiatives.

Job description:

The

R&D Executive

will assist in developing, testing, and improving new products from concept to launch.
You'll collaborate with the production and quality teams to innovate eco-friendly and sustainable personal care products aligned with Bliss Natural's brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Support

new product formulation and development

based on company requirements. Conduct

research, sampling, and trials

for innovative eco-friendly products. Collaborate with suppliers to identify new raw materials and sustainable alternatives. Maintain documentation of product formulations, samples, and reports. Coordinate with the production team during pilot trials and scaling up. Ensure compliance with

safety and quality standards

. Track market trends and competitor products for innovation ideas. Assist in

packaging R&D and product testing

documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in R&D, product formulation, or new product development (FMCG / Personal Care / Manufacturing preferred). Basic knowledge of

raw materials, formulations, and quality testing.

Strong observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Good documentation and communication abilities. Must be available for

on-site work in Coimbatore.
