The R&D Executive is responsible for conducting research, developing new products/technologies, and improving existing formulations or processes. The role contributes directly to innovation, product enhancement, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct research and development of new products, formulations, or technologies
? Prepare technical documents, test reports, and product data sheets
? Coordinate with the production team for trials, sampling, and scale-up activities
? Continuously improve product performance and solve technical issues
? Evaluate raw materials and identify new suppliers/vendors
? Conduct competitor product studies and market analysis
? Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of lab equipment
? Follow SOPs, quality standards, ISO guidelines, and R&D protocols
