We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative R&D Executive to join our team in the plastic products manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research and development activities to create new products and improve existing ones, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
Design and develop new plastic products from concept to production.
Conduct feasibility studies and material selection based on product requirements.
Research & Analysis:
Perform market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Analyze the performance of existing products and implement improvements.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute testing protocols to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
Liaise with suppliers and external partners for material sourcing and product development.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of research, development processes, and test results.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in R&D within the plastic manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in CAD software and simulation tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
