Job Title: R&D Executive - Cosmetics & Nutraceuticals (0-2 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and optimization of client-specific cosmetic and nutraceutical formulations. Support laboratory testing, sample preparation, and product evaluation. Conduct stability studies, compatibility tests, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in line with SOPs and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the R&D team to implement new ideas and improve existing formulations. Assist in troubleshooting formulation or process-related issues. Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and regulatory guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of cosmetic and nutraceutical ingredients and formulations. Familiarity with laboratory techniques, quality testing, and product development processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment. Enthusiasm for learning and innovation in cosmetic and nutraceutical science. Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of R&D experience in cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or related sectors.
