We are looking for an

R&D Executive

to join our Cosmetic Division at Kheda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving cosmetic formulations, ensuring quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness of new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new cosmetic formulations as per market trends and customer requirements. Conduct lab trials, stability studies, and performance testing. Optimize product formulations for cost, performance, and compliance. Maintain proper documentation, lab records, and formulation data. Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Packaging teams for pilot and scale-up batches. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Desired Profile:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in cosmetic product development. Strong understanding of raw materials, emulsions, and formulation processes. Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
