Responsibilities:

Research global trends, consumer insights, ingredients, and textures in skincare, haircare, and makeup.

Ideate and propose new product concepts in alignment with brand identity.

Collaborate with R&D, packaging, design, marketing, regulatory, and sourcing teams to bring products from idea to shelf.

Prepare product briefs, formulations, shade selections, and claims.

Track product development timelines and ensure on-time launches.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and maintain product innovation reports.

Participate in testing and evaluation of lab samples.

Coordinate product trials, packaging development, and pilot batches.

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science / Chemistry / Pharmacy / Biotechnology or related field.

1-3 years of experience in cosmetic new product development or R&D preferred.

Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, textures, and market trends.

Excellent coordination and project management skills.

Creative thinking with a passion for beauty and personal care products.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
