The R&D Executive will support New Product Development (NPD), ensure product quality, drive nutritional improvements, and coordinate with 3rd-party manufacturing partners for timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
Conduct product trials, stability studies, and sensory evaluations.
Ensure food safety, quality compliance, and documentation as per industry standards.
Formulate products based on nutritional guidelines and regulatory norms.
Coordinate with 3rd-party manufacturing units for production, trials, and scale-up.
Collaborate with procurement and quality teams for raw material approval.
Maintain technical reports, specifications, and improvement records.
Monitor market trends and recommend innovative ideas for product improvement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's/Master's in Food Technology (mandatory).
Strong background in food science, NPD, and product formulation.
Good understanding of food quality standards and nutritional regulations.
Experience in coordinating with manufacturing partners/3rd-party units.
Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
