You are a highly skilled and passionate DevOps professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience in automation, infrastructure management, and continuous integration. You're adept at designing, developing, and debugging complex development and test environments. Your experience spans Unix-based systems, source control management (Perforce, Git, GitHub), and the design of self-service portals and automation pipelines with tools like Jenkins.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing, developing, and managing robust development and test environments to support engineering teams. Driving automation initiatives using Jenkins and building self-service portals to streamline infrastructure tasks. Monitoring infrastructure health, ensuring service uptime and adherence to SLAs for customer-facing platforms. Providing critical support to maintain near 100% uptime for essential services and applications. Implementing processes to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of infrastructure systems. Writing and maintaining comprehensive technical and user documentation, including FAQs and handbooks. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and support teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

What You'll Need:

8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or a related engineering role. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems fundamentals. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL, Python, or JavaScript (extJS). Hands-on experience with Unix-based environments and system administration. Expertise in continuous integration tools, especially Jenkins, and source control management (Perforce, Git, GitHub). Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust automation and monitoring solutions.
