About the Role:

Aegan Technologies is looking for energetic and innovative

R&D Engineers

to join our product development and research team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and early professionals to kick-start their careers in

core engineering design and development

Responsibilities:

Assist in product design, development, and testing. Support senior engineers in research and documentation. Work on prototypes and innovative engineering solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

BE/BTech/MTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automobile. Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals. Eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset.

Immediate joiner or max 15 days' notice period.

Salary & Internship Details:

First 3 months: Internship stipend ?10,000 per month. After 3 months (on confirmation as R&D Engineer): ₹17,000 per month. Candidates with 1-year relevant experience: ₹20,000 per mont
