Job Description

Job Title: R&D Engineer - Flour Milling Machinery

Job Purpose:

To research, design, test, and develop innovative flour milling machinery and components that improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and meet market demands. The role focuses on both new product development and improvement of existing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on new trends, technologies, and materials in the grain milling industry.

- Design and develop prototypes for new flour milling machines or components using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in machinery design (preferably food processing or grain milling equipment).

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

- Understanding of materials science, fabrication methods, and mechanical systems.

- Knowledge of pneumatics, gear systems, and vibration analysis is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
