Responsibilities
Position Description:

• Learn about high-speed, large-scale networks and apply knowledge in real projects.
• Learn about software development processes and tools and demonstrate competence in live projects.
• Assists in the development and commercialization of software under the guidance & direction of a senior engineer.
• Become conversant in coding, integrated testing, and debugging.
• Ensures that commitments are agreed, reviewed, and met.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good programming & debugging skills using C/C++ or Python.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms is a must.
• Knowledge of networking is a plus.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environment, knowledge of administration and advanced usage of such systems is a plus.
• Should be able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals, with guidance.
• Must demonstrate an interest in technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate and communicate technical concepts.
• An open mind and ready-to-learn attitude.
• Strong customer-service work ethic.
