Job Description

: Detailed analog and digital design including schematic capture and board layout.
Prototype testing and analysis. Ability to source components and work for prototype reliability test. Development of production test specifications and procedures for calibration & fitting purposes. Preparation of bill of materials and co-work with procurement team to source in a timely manner. Review the current products and identify cost & quality improvement opportunities.
Perform circuit analysis, cost assessment and design changes. Obsolescence management, cost reduction ideation and execution. Doing necessary Engineering documentation like test plan, test reports, etc. Work closely with cross-functional team to achieve assigned project/activity targets within boundaries of Time, Cost and Quality. Technical Skills Hands on experience in the areas of circuit analysis, simulation Good understanding on the basic electronics parts like FET, BJT, inductor, Capacitor, transformer etc. Good understanding on the design guidelines and best practices. Proven track record in the electronic product design environment. Hands on experience on Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal circuit design, development, testing. Sound experience in Microcontroller / Microprocessor based circuit design. Good understanding and concepts on SI, timing analysis. Schematic entry, layout review. Obsolescence management and Value Engineering.
Experience in Embedded c and related software.
Expertise in HMI development, Automation, PLC.
Communication protocols like MODBUS, I2C, SPI, CAN.
Proven capability to carry out product testing for Environmental and Certification Test Standards. Willing to take accountability and ownership of assigned task.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good presentation and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal, written.
Experience in working with cross functional and multi-site project teams. Qualification: - 3 to 10 years of experience in Design-development of Electronic Products. Min. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s
