Freshers- 2 years of experience in R&D (Transformer Manufacturing preferred)
We are looking for an experienced
R&D Engineer
to support product development, design improvement, and innovation in transformer manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and improve transformer products as per customer and industry standards
Perform testing, validation, and analysis of transformer designs
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
Support new product development and cost optimization initiatives
Coordinate with production, quality, and testing departments
Analyze failures and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and customer-specific standards
Support continuous improvement and innovation activities in R&D
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of transformer design and testing
Experience in R&D within transformer or electrical manufacturing industry
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with production and quality teams
