Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

R&D Cosmetic Intern

to join our product development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in researching, testing, and formulating cosmetic products such as creams, serums, and facewashes. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in skincare and personal care innovation, and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment alongside formulation scientists, marketing professionals, and the supply chain team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry exposure, develop technical skills, and contribute to exciting new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the research and development of cosmetic formulations including

creams, serums, facewash

, and more. Support in

product testing

,

quality checks

, and conducting

stability studies

. Conduct

market research

and

competitor analysis

to contribute to new product development ideas. Assist in regulatory and documentation tasks such as

MSDS creation

,

ingredient sourcing

, and compliance tracking. Coordinate with the

design, packaging

, and

marketing teams

to support new product launches. Prepare and organize

presentations

data sheets

, and assist in

report generation

for internal review. Help maintain

lab cleanliness

and manage

inventory

, especially for lab-based assignments. Participate in

production assistance and inventory management

as required.

Candidate Profile:

Pursuing or completed

B.Sc / M.Sc

in

Cosmetic Science

,

Chemistry

,

Biotechnology

, or related fields. Passionate about

cosmetics

,

skincare

, and

personal care formulations

. Basic understanding of

cosmetic ingredients

, formulation techniques, and safety standards. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(especially Excel and PowerPoint). Strong observational, communication, and documentation skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a collaborative environment.
