Key Responsibilities
Research & Development
Conduct laboratory experiments for new product development.
Develop, modify, and optimize chemical processes.
Perform raw material evaluation and compatibility studies.
Support pilot-scale trials and technology transfer to production.
Analyze experimental data and interpret results for process improvement.
Prepare R&D reports, protocols, and technical documentation.
Maintain laboratory records, notebooks, and sample tracking.
Testing & Analysis
Perform analytical testing using laboratory instruments (e.g., GC, HPLC, UV, FTIR, titration).
Troubleshoot process-related issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
