Key Responsibilities
:
Development and optimization of new cosmetic products and formulations according to client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of formulation processes, testing results, and changes to formulations for compliance and future reference.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the cosmetics industry to introduce innovative solutions and improve existing products.
Work closely with clients, management, and cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams, to ensure smooth product development cycles.
Qualifications & Skills
:
B.Tech in Cosmetics, B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics), M.Tech in Cosmetics, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics).
Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry, formulation techniques, and raw materials used in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
Strong focus on quality, precision, and adhering to standards in formulation and testing.
Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective goals.
Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments and document results accurately.
Ability to approach challenges creatively and work towards efficient solutions.
Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies in the rapidly evolving cosmetic industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
