API Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Plant

Requirement

R&D Chemist

Qualification : Msc Organic Chemistry

Experience : 1 - 4 years experience in R&D Synthesis or PD Lab

Key Responsibilities

Synthetic & Process Development

Design and execute

chemical synthesis routes

for APIs and advanced intermediates Develop

cost-effective, scalable, and safe processes

suitable for plant manufacturing

Scale-Up & Plant Support

Support

lab-to-pilot-to-commercial scale-up

activities Address scale-up challenges such as

exotherms, mass transfer, and safety risks

Coordinate

technology transfer

from R&D to API production plants Provide troubleshooting support during

trial and validation batches

Analytical & Impurity Control

Identify, characterize, and control

process-related impurities

Work closely with

analytical R&D

for method development and validation Interpret data from

HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, IR

, etc.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review

R&D reports, batch records, and development summaries

Contribute to

DMF, CTD, and regulatory submissions

Ensure compliance with

cGMP, GLP, EHS, and data integrity

standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
