Job Summary

As an

R&D Chemist

, you will be responsible for

developing, testing, and optimizing chemical formulations

to enhance product performance, quality, and sustainability. You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to drive innovation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the company's competitive edge in the chemical industry.

Education & Experience

Education:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science

PhD in a related field is a plus!

Experience:

2-5 years

of experience in a chemical R&D lab
Experience in

formulation chemistry

(e.g., coatings, adhesives, lubricants, resins)
Hands-on exposure to

analytical instrumentation & pilot-scale trials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹123,649.70 - ₹527,224.52 per year
