Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in Oriental or Pan-Asian cuisine in QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen setups
Strong understanding of wok cooking, sauces, and balance of sweet-spicy-umami flavours
Proven ability to develop scalable Indo-Chinese and Thai-inspired dishes
Experience with high-heat cooking, bulk sauce prep, and delivery optimization
Skilled in recipe costing, SOP creation, and flavour standardization
Excellent hygiene and communication discipline with an innovative mindset
