Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in health-focused or fitness meal R&D roles Proven expertise in developing calorie-balanced and scalable meal concepts Skilled in recipe documentation, nutritional consistency, and SOP development Experience collaborating with nutritionists or wellness brands preferred Strong hygiene, quality, and communication standards Passionate about creating healthy food that doesn't compromise on taste
