Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in Continental or Italian cuisine within QSR or high-volume kitchen setups
Deep understanding of pizza dough fermentation, sauce making, cheese blends, and oven operations
Proven track record in developing fusion-style or delivery-friendly pizza and pasta menus
Skilled in yield optimization and recipe standardization for scalable operations
Hands-on experience in commissary or cloud kitchen environments
Strong hygiene, quality control, and communication discipline
Passionate about balancing authentic flavours with modern innovation
