Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in beverage R&D, cafe operations, or QSR beverage programs Strong understanding of coffee brewing, cold beverages, milkshakes, and tea-based drinks Proven ability to develop cost-effective, scalable recipes suited for Indian palates Skilled in standardizing beverage recipes and creating process documentation Experience collaborating with procurement and supply teams for sourcing and equipment setup High attention to hygiene, consistency, and quality control Passion for innovation in flavour development and modern beverage trends

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
