Westlisoft Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented Ramp;D Analyst Intern to join our team remotely. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about research and development, particularly in the field of agriculture and computer science. The internship will start as unpaid for the first three months, with the possibility of a paid stipend for the next three months based on performance, and a chance for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Analysis: Conduct indepth research on topics related to agriculture and computer science. Analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to support project goals.
• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including academic literature, industry reports, and online databases. Ensure data accuracy and relevance to the research objectives.
• Experimentation: Collaborate with the Ramp;D team to design and conduct experiments or simulations. Collect and analyze data generated from experiments.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of research findings, methodologies, and experimental procedures. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research outcomes.
• Technical Skills: Use computer programming and data analysis tools e.g., Python, R, Excel to process and analyze data. Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Ramp;D team members, participate in discussions, and contribute innovative ideas to advance research projects.
• Adaptability: Be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and research methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate preferably from the agricultural and computer science domains.
• Strong interest in research and development, particularly in the fields of agriculture and computer science.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Selfmotivated and eager to learn.
• Willingness to commit to an unpaid internship for the first three months with the potential for a paid stipend thereafter.
