About the role The person who takes on this role will be required to provide end to end process training for AR/RCM vertical, supporting insurance companies based out of the US. The person will be required to provide training on all aspects and entire life cycle of Account receivables and all action/steps within Revenue management cycle in the healthcare industry. This will include but is not limited to indexing, eligibility, charge posting & Payment posting etc. Job Specification The chosen candidate should have Good understanding and knowledge of US Healthcare Having 2+ years of AR Training/ RCM Training experience Should be well versed in Physicians billing and Denial Management / RCM Should schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees. Stay updated with the best training methods and modules Collaborate with management to identify and address Training need, process gaps, and suggest improvements to the Team Leads Constant Client communication and maintaining the under promise over delivery methodology Responsible for creating and administering ongoing training programs for new and current employees Coaching the agents on short falls and track their improvements To maintain quality standards as per the Clients requirements Providing floor and quality support as and when required To maintain confidentiality and observe data protectio Desired Skills/Experience Total work experience of 6 - 10 Years, with at least 3 - 4 years in process training + At least 2 yrs. of training RCM product/Domain and Account Receivables follow up RCM understanding Frontend, Middle, Backend Working and contributing to large teams, locally and virtually IT/BPO/Banking/Insurance/KPO Background) Team Management, Handled Operations Trainers in Health Care Claims environment RCM- Billing/Coding certifications (In-house or external) Understanding of Online Payer Portals Why us Were a seasoned team of specialists merge innovation and experience.
