Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

RCM Manager

to lead and oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare billing, AR management, payer relations, and team leadership, with

8+ years of hands-on RCM experience

. Prior experience in

Behavioral Health

is highly preferred.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can improve collections, reduce denials, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

complete revenue cycle

including charge entry, coding coordination, billing, payment posting, AR follow-ups, denials management, and collections Lead, mentor, and performance-manage RCM teams to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance Develop and implement strategies to

reduce AR days, denial rates, and revenue leakage

Oversee payer follow-ups, escalations, and contract compliance Analyze RCM KPIs and financial reports; present insights and improvement plans to leadership Ensure compliance with

HIPAA, payer guidelines, and healthcare regulations

Coordinate with providers, clinical teams, coding, and front-office staff to resolve revenue issues Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across RCM operations Manage month-end closures, reconciliations, and revenue forecasting Support audits and internal quality reviews
Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience

in Revenue Cycle Management within healthcare Strong knowledge of medical billing, AR management, denial management, and payer rules Proven experience managing

RCM teams and workflows

Hands-on experience with RCM systems, EMRs, and billing software Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred

Experience in

Behavioral Health RCM

(mental health, substance abuse, psychiatry, therapy services) Familiarity with behavioral health payers, authorization processes, and coding nuances Experience working with

US healthcare clients and US hours

Exposure to process automation, RPA, or advanced RCM analytics
