: M.A. in Clinical Psychology (RCI registered) Psychologist
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessments & Therapy
? Conduct detailed psychological and diagnostic assessments for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral concerns.
? Provide individual and group therapy sessions (CBT, Play Therapy, Behavioral Interventions, Social Skills Training, etc.).
? Design and implement structured, personalized intervention plans aligned with Kinder Spring's protocols.
? Maintain accurate case records and progress reports in line with clinical documentation standards.
Family & Caregiver Engagement
? Conduct parent counseling sessions to provide guidance on child development, behavioral management, and therapy goals.
? Offer emotional support and strategies to families navigating developmental challenges. Interdisciplinary Collaboration
? Work closely with pediatricians, developmental specialists, therapists, and educators to ensure holistic treatment.
? Participate actively in case conferences and contribute to integrated care plans.
Workshops & Program Development
? Build structured programs and content for parent and child workshops aligned with Kinder Spring's holistic care approach.
? Train therapy teams and support staff to deliver these workshops effectively.
? Continuously refine workshop modules based on feedback and observed outcomes.
Preferred Qualities
? RCI registration in Clinical Psychology (mandatory).
? Experience in pediatric or child psychology, particularly autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental conditions.
? Strong therapeutic skills in evidence-based interventions.
? Empathetic, patient, and skilled at building rapport with children and families.
? Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
